Zevolve does not directly provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
We provide a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers in the United States.
Healthcare providers:
- Are independent contractors
- Are not employees of Zevolve
- Are fully responsible for the medical care they provide
- Determine appropriate treatment decisions
Zevolve does not:
- Control clinical decisions
- Recommend specific providers
- Guarantee outcomes
- Guarantee provider qualifications
The provider-patient relationship exists only between you and the independent provider you choose.
Telehealth Risks
By using telehealth services, you understand and accept possible risks, including:
